Growth is learning how to navigate where you are in your life by learning to move through
the challenges you may be facing in a different way. Growth will enable you to gain a different perspective on your life.
Healing is when you have tapped into the rawest form of yourself. You began to ask yourself
the 5’ W’s. The Why, What, Who, Where, and When. And look deeply at those systematic behaviors.
